“Why should developers blog?”

I was surfing the net and run across a blog post which i found great. Burcu Dogan concludes the benefits of blogging for a developer.
Altough she used developers as the subject,benefits are more or less the same for all people who’s willing to learn something new,share his/her knowladge at the same time.
